[FFML] [ADMIN] Downtime from last night

Heya.

At around 4:30 PM PDT (UTC-7) we started getting networking issues
beyond the server.  I'm not entirely sure what happened, but all
connectivity was lost outside of the network that Bast lives on.

We have been online for a bit over half an hour, with maaaaaaaybe a
little of slow down once in a while - so nothing out of the norm since
we came back.

Long and short, though - at this point, we should be fully up and
running.
