[FFML] [Admin] New moderator

Huzzah!

Congrats, KaraOhki. Don't think we've spoken since like 1999 (is the FFIRC
still running somewhere? Is Nabiki still around?).

Gary, please forgive me if I've forgotten how to properly tag this, as I
can't remember how to signal:

A) I'm not an admin.
B) This isn't spam, I genuinely want to know if we still have an IRC channel
