[FFML] [ADMIN] Another quick change on the server

I just changed the way inbound email is handled slightly, and am currently 
watching for any issues.  I am, however, seeing none in a view of logs.

This said, if you a) post and b) have ANY rejections, LET ME KNOW DIRECTLY 
by emailing me at dennisthetiger at gmail.com.  I am not seeing any problems, 
but I want to make 110% sure that this is right.

I'll post a further explanation of what has been done with the server over 
the past week in a little bit.
