Either you're vastly exaggerating the powers of the villainous  
ghosts in Danny
Phantom, vastly underestimating the abilities of the Ghostbusters,  
or Skulker
has gotten a serious power boost since his original appearances in  
the Danny
Phantom series.

It's a power boost. Eduardo said it at least twice. The Proton Beams  
bounced off Skulker's armor. That alone makes him dangerous.

As for Evil Danny Phantom, I hadn't really given him any thought. The  
whole thing with why Danny turned evil was kind of stupid anyway.  
Cheating on a test? Come on.

As for your other comments, I can only say that the villain of the  
piece has yet to be introduced, but I can tell you that its not Vlad.  
Not directly.
