Any relation to the Alchemy Companion in Rolemaster?

There is a book by Stephen Michael Sechi for Dungeons & Dragons and some 

other systems(generic): The Compleat Alchemist.  I don't know if what was 
in it made it to the  Atlantis RPG 3rd edition(current one).  I do know it 
was in the first two editions(a modified version made it into Talislanta).  
There was a list of ingridients and what they went best for(such as Griffen 
feather for flight).  They make the D20 Alchemist books look like jokes).  
The firstof Atlantis was in three books The Acanum, The Besitary, The 
Lexicon.  @nd edition was in two books: The Arcanum, The Lost World
