I'll make more detailed comments on the chapter itself later, as I haven't
finished reading it yet, but this particular bit bugs the shit out of me, so
I just have to address it now:

Kaori explained, �We�ve recently become aware of a number of
disappearances in the area. Mostly homeless people.�

�The homeless population in Japan is so insignificant as to be almost
non-existent,� Irie said in an almost teasing way.

I understand the intent behind the dialogue is not malicious, but it still
REALLY bothers me. But, that's just one person's opinion. Take it as you
will.
