Sources indicate SOBER.  What Lurker said - and if you DON'T have a
virus scanner, AVG works good.

If you're running linux, you're probably okay,
but you can get clamtk just to be sure. Make
sure Dag Wieers is part of your repository list
and then install via yum or apt or smart. The
smart package manager is nice because it has
all those good repositories in its list from
the get-go and gives you a nice gui.
