Well not the only way, but other than a magical or technological 
"fix" like a magical curse that forces him to tell the truth if Ukyo 
doesn't come within touching distance regularly or a bit of 
explosives surgically implanted at the base of his skull that 
detonates if she doesn't come within 10 feet at least once a week.
