Just one comment, really.

The hakkeshou rokujyuu yonshou wasn't created by Neji, though. It 
was a Hyuuga family skill. Neji MASTERED it on his own, however, 
much as with the Kaiten. That was what made him so much of a 
'Genius'. That no one had taught it to him. He'd learned it himself.

Ack!  My mistake.  I thought for a while that he created a technique himself, 
but it looks like I must have misread something.

My bad and will change.
