I'm not certain (I'll have to go back and re-read the fic), but I suspect
it's not, Sebastian. I believe the Locking Ladle is buried in the same
avalanche that's taken the Unlocking Kettle.

Where the ladles are now, or whether they exist any more, doesn't seem
to matter much. Ranma (or Future-Ranma) could retrieve them at the
instant of their destruction, or borrow them a moment after their
creation.
