It all depends on what her purpose there truly is, and if Guu is willing to
go along with Fate, or chooses to do what she wants, since this is Guu, and
she always does what she wants. :)

 I can't quite see Hikaru being in agony over THIS loss...
 ^_^

Hale would have said the same thing at the beginning of HnG. He might say
the same thing at the end, too. :)

I think that would probably depend on whether she was around long 
enough for him to a)get to the seriously interested in girls stage 
and b) be seen a few more times in her mondo-babe-adult-form. As 
things stand, he seems to see her as the kind of good friend who 
drives you absolutely frikkin' insane so if she wandered through for 
a few days every six months or so he'd probably be happy about it, 
but I don't see him wanting to never see her again.

As to Guu herself, she seems pretty much like a Greek god who's 
slumming it with the mortals to me... which about equates to what you 
(DB) said, a force of nature that you can only survive, never defeat.
