you now to the Tendou home, where the lovely siblings of Soun Tendou,

Through the magic of fanfiction, the Tendou family has gone redneck, and
Soun's daughters are now his sisters.

That, or someone confused the Ranma cast with the Narrabundah 1/2 cast...

 "That...that...THAT PERVERT!!!" Akane Tendou raged to the TV.

If he's sharing DNA with his own daughters on the level that they're now his
SISTERS, then yeah, he would have to be.
