In the real world, perhaps. In the Ranmaverse, which applies a whole
different set of rules (like gaining superhuman powers by working in martial
arts for a couple of years and not being thought of as some kind of inhuman
feak), they fit in well enough in general that no one seems to be insistent
that they should be locked up in 38+ volumes. You'd have a better chance of
complaining about why the Three Stooges were left running amock in their
world when they should have been locked up for their insane antics. :P

redeeming them is having them snap out of it. This won't work for neither
Draco nor Dudley, who are products of their respective upbringing, and

quite sane,

And from a universe that doesn't play with slapstick type humor that the
Ranmaverse does. People, you're comparing apples to mushrooms and trying to
figure out why they don't taste the same. Use your heads. There are two
totally different standards to how things work from world to world.
