I agree in that it's too long, too expositiony, and everyone rambling about
how powerful Ranma is as being irrelevent. One thing about most good humor
spamfics is that in order to get to the punchline, make certain there isn't
anything unnecessary inbetween to drag things out. You could rework it so
that you get to the payoff scene at the end and cut half the unnesesary
material that drags this out. The final scene with nekoRanma Kiima is good,
it's just the execution leading up to needs some refining.
