I would suggest you change "exhaustion" to "frustration", since I doubt
that merely posing and shouting an attack phrase would be especially
tiring.

Did Ranma learn the ShiShiHadoken merely by watching Ryouga? No; First
he got his ass kicked, *then* he figured it out. *Maybe* he could learn
the P.S.H.A. just from watching, but he'd have to see it pretty often,
and from up close, and he'd have to make an effort to match his ki to
the way her's is when she is performing the attack -- assuming that it
*is* a ki attack. Are magic and ki the same/similar? If not, then he
would no more be able to duplicate the P.S.H.A. than he could cure his
curse himself, or copy Saffron's fire.
