Correct.

The Italian has gone off to a lamasery in
Tibet. The Hound of Shanghai is occupied with the Fox.
The Mongol is sleeping in Xanadu. The Cherry Blossom of
Nihon has fallen. The Monk is contemplating eternity in
the Himalayas. The Undying One from the Carpathians has
been ... inconvenienced.

Obviously Vlad the Impaler, aka Vlad Drakul,
aka Dracula.

Correct.

The Masked One and his
organization have disappeared since the Paris incident.
The Russian is a deranged lunatic from what he has
encountered. Nine have been accounted for, leaving me.
All in a single decade. Impressive." The viridian eyes
of the Doctor gave the two before him an admiring glance.
"I would have never thought I would owe much to champions
of justice and truth. They would have all been
inconveniences for my long-term plans."

Ying Ko was easy.. Lamont Cranston, aka
The Shadow. I'm guessing that the Shanghai reference
applies to a certain famous Chinese detective and his
"Numbah' One Son", Charlie Chan and Co. The Mongol?
Temujin, also known as Ghengis Khan. I think.

The Hound is the Chinese Sherlock Holmes. I found him
on Jess Nevin's Fantastic Victoriana website and I
followed him up. Forgot his name.

The Mongol is Shiwan Khan.

The Italian is Guy Boothby's Dr. Nikola. I read his A Bid
for Fortune and I just had to put him in.

The Cherry Blossom is still undecided which criminal
mastermind of Meiji or Taishi pulp literature is going to
be him/her. I prefer Mrs. Midorikawa but i want her for
Detective Akechi.

The Monk in the Himalayas is another undecided personage,
though I'm leaning towards some individuals of the Hindu
persuasion.

The Masked One is from Nadia.

the Russian is also still undecided. russian madmen
seem to be dime-a-dozen in pulp lit. ^_^

You've got me on the others. Care to supply
a program so I can tell who the players are? ^_^

Jess Nevin's Fantastic Victoriana and Guide to Hero Pulps
website is one of my primary sources for people and their
accompanying e-texts for pulp crossovers. Forgot the URL
but a google search should yield them up easily.

Thanks for the comments!
