Sorry for not clarifying. I didn't mean Realistically
in the way of acting like the characters they were. I
meant realistically as in acting like people :)

In elaboration: Takahashi, like almost any author,
wrote all of her characters in a rather extravigant
fashion, because with out simple characters, an author
would be spending 100 pages per chapter just getting
out the nature of each character.
What the Esteemed Mr. Granberry did was give the
off-side characters like Nabiki, and, more often than
not, Xian-Pu more depth than they ever experienced
during the Manga without some sudden reprieve from the
development to break the spell of character evolution.
