All in all, a surprisingly entertaining and original work.  Kudos.  I
encourage others to give this one a chance.

I'll freely admit I was not expecting much from this - let's be honest,
it's a silly idea.

Nonetheless, while this isn't high fiction, this is remarkably
entertaining - as you suggested, I listened to the song while reading,
and found myself enjoying and envisioning exactly what you were writing.
The voices don't _quite_ mesh (My mind rebels at Ranma having the voice
you've 'assigned' him).

My criticism mainly stems in that this needs a _lot_ more expansion.
How did these people meet?  How did they get the idea?  When did they
learn to play?  This work can become so much more if you answer these
questions.   Also, your little character/musician bios seem somewhat out
of place - these would be better (IMO) if you game us this information
in some sort of story instead of handing it to us.
