Argh! Not this again. Kenzan is not his name. Konatsu
says, "Kunoichi Konatsu kenzan" which basically translates as
"Presenting Konatsu the Kunoichi!". I've seen examples of this
exact usage on a Sailor Moon poster ("Presenting the Outer
Senshi") and in episodes from a variety of anime series.

    The only name we have for Konatsu is "Konatsu". Whether
that's given name or family is left for the reader to judge,
but considering that's what his step-mother calls him, it's
likely his given name (plus it's a given name Takahashi has
used before, in Maison Ikkoku). We don't know his other name.
You could make up anything you want, or just drop it, since
he has effectively left his family behind.

Actually, we are. It's Konatsu. His family name is Kenzan, hence Kenzan 
Konatsu.
