Auntie Ranko? Uncle Kaneda? I can understand "Auntie Ranko", but who's
Kaneda?
And do they really need to hide Ranma's curse? After all, Ryouko can
fly, teleport, and throw energy balls, and their family pet can turn
into a little girl or a spaceship. I really doubt that their kids are
unaware that Ayeka is from off-Earth. All told, it seems like such a
silly little thing to hide. (Do they never go to the beach?)

Actually, during the wedding in chapter 18, it is mentioned that Nodoka 
looked a little fat, even though Ranma didn�t notice. I assume Thryth meant 
that Nodoka was pregnant. She could have had twins or even have another 
child later, considering the amount of children Ranma and Ryoko had.
