Hmm, when I think of that phrase in a mystical context, I think of the
special "see the present" ability of the character Steven Grant in the
stories "Symphony of the Planets", SMZ, and "Dance of Shiva" [by Dread
Space Pirate Bailesu, aka John Walter Biles]
Maybe you can phrase it so it sounds like his ability, or something?
