Oops! My mistake, Brian. I've been running my behind off and forgot. You
needn't pull it. I have received so many requests for it here of late that I
decided it needed to be posted on the web. Given that you already have it up,
we'll leave matters where they stand. You keep it is text, and I'll do the
multi-media thing, if and when I ever get that version working.
