I know I'm repeating what others said, but in order to make this story easy
to believe I'd really have to see something to show WHY Ranma would be
attracted to Nabiki.
I can't find any instances where she showed any interest in him. Even
during their (mercifully) short engagement, she was more interested in
turning a profit and making him miserable than trying to form any sort of a
relationship with him.
