The thread is banned.  Please send your suggestions to Mr. Hailey
privately, as the suggestions are no doubt infinitely variable and there is
no need for the entire FFML to see them.

When asking for responses to questions that are likely to create spam
threads (such as this one), specifying that people reply to you privately
is a good way to keep spam off the list, and keep us from having to issue
threadbans.
