Okay, I'm not evil enough to do Chibi-Usa/Rei Ayanami lemons, but aside
from that I'm evil enough to do anything.

"You *WHAT*?"
Gendo Ikari adjusted his glasses. Misato's exclamation had actually
moved them from their favored perch. "You heard me."
"But...she's just a child!"
"The First Child, to be precise."
"Not her."
"The other one is a time traveller who is over 900 years old. She just
looks like a child, due to an accident in her biology."
"Time traveller? 900 years old? You're making this up, aren't you?"
"No, I am quite serious. She showed me evidence; if you insist, I can
show it to you. Being trapped in a child's body for that long, she
indicated she would reward those who treated her as an adult. I can
think of no single, simpler act than this to demonstrate that. And
given as she is a time traveller, she might just know the key to our
futures."
"But why order Rei to do it?"
"Because. There is a chance that *someone* on this staff might take
pictures. Rei has no public character to defame, but if any of us were
to be seen...while you and I know she's no child, taken out of context,
those pictures would hamper our ability to serve this agency."
Misato's jaw worked in frustration. She knew there was something just
plain wrong about this, but for the life of her she could not see the
hole in her superior's logic.
Gendo, for his part, kept his own worries about the girl to himself.
That a human could come from many centuries hence could only mean that
his project would ultimately fail...but how? If she could but remember
and be convinced to reveal what defeated NERV, plans could be made to
circumvent it.
