First of all, go check out
http://www.thekeep.org/~tls/glossary.htm
if you don't know about this project. It's better than repeating
that information again.
Second, it came to my attention that when this is eventually released,
some of the terms directed towards writers may not be taken as
humorously or as non-insulting as they were intended. I can under-
stand this as I unintentionally insulted a member of the fanfic
community through a joke that made it to a public forum. Once I
explained what I meant, the addressee was placated, but not before
lots of things were said and written that got pretty ugly.
So, as of now, and applying to the submissions I've already received,
any term that defines a writer's style or any term that uses a
specific fanfic will be shown to that person before inclusion and
that person has the ultimate decision on whether or not they want
it to be included. They have to give a legitamate reason, too,
not the standard, "I don't like this person, so I'm not going to
let you include it."
