I am not really that familiar with the Buffy universe.  Was the
Whistler in this chapter from Buffy or is this Whistler from Blade?  At
first I thought it was, but the description sounds off, so I thought I

    Huh. I just remembered that character in Blade. Funny how they both have
the same name, hm? Well, it was supposed to be the rarely seen Buffy
character. What part of the description seemed off to you? In the interests
of clarity, maybe I should change it...
