Has this been done before? Is there already a character like this? Any other flaws you see with this would be a great help to me ^-^.

I hate to drop the kibosh on your ideas, BUT...

Every SI that's ever been done has had something like this. At least the character you're putting into this isn't very good at what she does. THAT'S different.

Still...

Go for it. Try not to fall into any of the normal traps the New Character 'fic's tend to.
