If someone is being reincarnated and the Fetus splits into
Mirror Twins, that is twins where one is formed from the
left side of the body and the other from the right side;
thus defining their physical and mental characteristics,
wouldn't that produce something like this? Ami being right
sided and logical and Akane being left and emotional?

Now that's an odd thought. And easily mistaken for the whole Sailor Mercury.
After all, how could one person, become two? Who would search for the other
half of Sailor Mercury?

There are some interesting thoughts with that. Akane accidently turning into
Sailor Mercury, to save her life from a youma. And perhaps both of them
turning into Sailor Mercury when they understand their dual nature.
