Lemon Sherbert?  Destroying the whole city, while getting ruthlessly
slaughtered?  Though I've never seen it, I thought that LS had a slightly
different story. 

Though it does bring up a point.  The LS Brother/Sister thing is also in
CCG as well.  So, perhaps one could make the argument that CCG itself *is*
a conglomeration of anime.  From what I see... 

LS:		Hazumi & Takumi aspects
DHY:		Hazumi's Soul Sword
Magical Girls:	The whole series is supposed to be a parody of the genre.

On the other hand, the point behind the joke was that this is KIKI who's 
doing the mamono-hunting.  The Soul-broom was just something tacked on as a 
description of what it would probably be like.  In this case, the gag's in 
the title...

Of course!  I posted something last year that was very similar, except I
used fanfic titles instead.

The sardines weren't worth the trouble.  A few more shots, then 
Ryoga-san would overheat and explode.  Ducking around a corner, 
I managed to lose him as I entered the ramshackle residence of 
my Anime supplier.

One look at his face and I knew that I was betrayed.  "Tell me."
I insisted.  He refused, so I slammed him against the wall.
"Last chance.  Where can Ranma-Ranma find good fanfics?"
"Try Jason Liao." he whispered, before he slumped to the floor.
I heard the sounds of a door splintering as I left through the 
window, one step ahead of Tendo Heavy Industries...
