Bankrobbing Soldiers
Episode Two: We're on our way to San Francisco Bay

Robbing banks by daylight.
Hiding out by moonlight.
Getting out of situations that are tight.
She is the one named Soldier Moon.

Last time on Bankrobbing Soldiers, the group decided to rob a bank. Downtown
City of Angeles was their first target. The robbery went off without a hitch
but their escape was difficult. Mina blew up a police car and led them to
victory. They stopped at a motel in the middle of nowhere. And began 
discussing
their next plans.

<Opening scene: Raye is standing up. Amy, Serena, Lita, Artemis and Luna are
sitting and watching her ask a question. Mina is watching TV.>

Raye: All in favor of San Francisco raise your hand.
(Everyone raises their hand but Ami and Minako)
Raye: All in favor of Seattle.
(Ami raises her hand but Minako still leaves hers down)
Mina: Hey everyone, we made the evening news.
(Everyone goes over to the television.)
TV Announcer: Our top story tonight is about a grand scale bank robbery that
left 1 teller, 5 security guards, and 35 LAPD and CHP officers dead {Seem
impossible? Not really}, a huge explosion, the destruction of two dozen
vehicles, and the I-5 shutdown, along with several other highways, closed down
even as we speak. Here's Regina Leavenson with more.
Regina: Thank you. I'm here at the Downtown City of Angeles Bank where the
robbery took place. Eyewitnesses say that four girls with "super powers",
donning ballroom masks, jumped out of a white van and entered the bank. They
stole the guns from the guards and then shot them. Two girls then robbed the
tellers of the money at the front desk while the other two robbed the vault.
Female Witness: The girl shot a laser out of her hand and carved a hole in the
vault. She and another girl with blue hair walked in and grabbed all they
could.
Regina: Police say the assailants were wearing fukus, a type of Japanese
uniform. There are also reports that a fifth girl was waiting in the van to 
get
away. The license plate number of the van that the girls escaped in is
ZX903VP2. The owner reported the vehicle stolen. (someone reaches on screen 
and
hands her a paper) This just in. The five girls have been identified. Raye
Hino, and Amy Anderson. Only the first names of the other girls are known. 
They
are Lita, Serena, and Mina.
Girls: Uh-oh!
Regina: Ironically these same girls were recently reported missing. 
Authorities
believe they may be heading to Las Vegas. Nevada state troopers are watching
the border carefully. If you have any information on their whereabouts, please
call the proper authorities. This is Regina Leavenson reporting. Back to you,
Tony.
(Serena turns off the television)
Mina: Well at least they're expecting us in Nevada. Now they'll never see it
coming when we hit San Francisco.
Serena: Well that's true. But now we need aliases. 
(The rest of the Soldiers agreed. Using what they learned in Japanese 1 they
each made up names with individual meanings.)
Lita: I'll be Kino Makoto.
Mina: I'll be Aino Minako.
Amy: I'll be Mizuno Ami.
Serena: I'll be Tuskino Usagi.
Raye: And I'll be Hino Rei.
Makoto: Um, Raye.
Rei: Yes.
Makoto: That's the same name.
Rei: No, Raye, R-A-Y-E is now spelled Rei, R-E-I.
Makoto: So you're going to spell it out for everyone whenever you say your
name?
Usagi: We don't have time to argue. Ami get out your computer.
(Ami pulls the computer out of midair)
Minako: (surprised) Hey where did that come from?
Ami: Didn't Luna or Artemis explain to you about Oblivospace?
Minako: (looked towards Luna and Artemis) No, they didn't.
Luna: (sweatdrop) Oops. Okay, we'll explain it now. (pulls Mina off to the
side)
Usagi: (to Ami) What's the largest bank in San Francisco?
Ami: The Big Bay Bank.
Usagi: Anything especially important about the blueprints?
Ami: There's a huge skylight on the ceiling.
Usagi: Perfect. Gather 'round, troops. (Everyone gathers around Usagi and Ami)
Where are Luna and Artemis?
Minako: Right here. (Minako reaches in front of her. her hand disappears. She
pulls it back and drags the two cats out of Oblivospace)
Luna: (bares claws) If you put me there again, I'll rip off your face!
Usagi: Calm down, Luna. Okay. Big Bay Bank has a skylight on the roof. We can
surprise the guards if we crash through it and rob the place. 
Rei: Won't we be easy targets if we're seen sliding in there on ropes? We will
have ropes won't we?
Usagi: Yes, we will have ropes. But that's where you come in.
Rei: Where am I gonna find five ropes?
Usagi: Don't worry about that. I'll find them. When Minako, Ami, Makoto, and I
slide down through the skylight the guards will be temporarily distracted. 
Then
you sneak in the front of the building and shoot the guards while they're not
looking. At the same time, you can watch the door.
Rei: (smirking) Cool.
Ami: Do we hit the vault again?
Usagi: No that takes too long. Just get the tellers.
Minako: I have a better idea.
Makoto: Let's hear it.
Minako: Instead of killing the guards, Rei can grab a hostage and get the
guards to drop their guns. Then she can tie them up.
Usagi: Good idea. That should keep the body count down this time.
Minako: I had no idea that _ALL_ of the cars would blow up. It was pretty 
cool,
though.
Ami: That it was.
Makoto: Yeah. You could say that the officers' plans of catching us went up in
smoke.
(everyone laughs)
Rei: Maybe we should call the Crescent Beam the Orphan Maker!
(everyone laughs again)
Usagi: Okay, people. Let's calm down. (looks at watch) We need to get some
sleep. It's 1 o' clock.
Ami: It took me longer to count that money than I thought.
Minako: Hold up. There's two beds and five of us. How is this gonna work?
Makoto: Two to a bed. How about that?
Minako: What about the fifth person?
Makoto: They can sleep in the van. I'm thinking of four numbers between one 
and
ten. First four to get them right get the beds.
(everyone agrees)
Usagi: Nine.
Minako: Seven. 
Rei: Two.
Ami: One.
Makoto: Four. {I wonder if anyone saw this coming}
Usagi: Well, who's right?
Makoto: Minako, Rei, you, and me are all correct. Bye Ami.
Ami: Hey, I don't think that was fair. You....
Everyone: Bye, Ami.
(Ami walks out the door grumbling and slams it shut)
Makoto: Well good night everyone. (gets into a bed. Usagi gets into the same
bed. Minako and Rei share the other bed)
(Usagi reaches to turn off the lamp) 
Minako: (turns lamp back on) Rei. If Chad let you borrow the van, why was it
reported stolen?
Usagi: (sits up) Yeah. Why is it reported stolen?
Rei: 'cuz I did steal it. He left his keys on the kitchen counter so I grabbed
them. I told you I borrowed it because I didn't want to worry you. Now turn 
off
the light. I'm trying to get some sleep.
(Usagi turned off the light again)

<Cut to inside of van. Ami is still grumbling to herself>

Ami: I can't believe this. I got cheated in that contest.

<cut to California State trooper driving down the road. He spots the van in 
the
motel's parking lot and stops, then gets out the car to inspect the van>

Trooper: (flashes his flashlight across the license plate) Hey! This is that
stolen van!

<cut back to inside of van>

Ami: Who is that? (Gets up and opens back of the van. Sees officer. Almost has
a heart attack)
Trooper: (thinking) Hmm this girl looks kinda good. Too bad she's only about
sixteen. (says aloud) Is this your vehicle, ma'am?
Ami: (thinking) Oh no. I gotta think of something. Wait, what is Makoto
always telling me to do? Oh yea. (Walks up to trooper)(aloud) You know,
officer...
Trooper: Dan.
Ami: ...Dan. I just love a man in uniform. (wraps arms around Dan and kisses
him. Dan wraps arms around Ami and kisses her back)
Ami: (pushes Dan away. whispers) Mercury Power.
Dan: What?
(Ami is surrounded by a white light. when the light dissipates, Ami is now
Sailor Mercury)
Dan: Hey you look even better!
Ami: Gaze now, for it will be the last thing you ever see. (raises hands in
air) Mercury Hell Freeze Over! {This here is my favorite line this episode by
far}
(A bright blue orb appears in front of each hand. A beam of ice shoots from
each orb at the trooper's feet instantly freezing him to the ground. Dan tries
to move his feet but he's stuck.) 
Dan: What the...!
(Mercury moves the beam up Dan's legs. Dan grabs his gun but his hand becomes
frozen to it as the ice moves up to his waist. Mercury froze his torso and 
arms
and stopped when she got to his neck)
Mercury: Too bad, Dan. You should've just kept on driving. (Dan's teeth are
chattering. Mercury gives him one last kiss, grabs his head and freezes it
along with his neck) Hiya! (One spin kick later, State Trooper Dan's head is
shattered into oblivion.)
Voice: (coming from car) Trooper Dan. This is dispatch. It's getting kinda
late. Why don't you just take the car home and bring it back tomorrow.
Mercury: (runs to car, tries to imitate Dan's voice) Thank you. 
(Mercury de-transforms, gets back into the van, closes the door and goes to
sleep. The rest of Dan's body is left to melt)

<cut to next morning>

(Time: 6:13 A.M. Scene: Minako is the first to wake up. She yawns and
stretches. Not wanting to disturb anyone, she quietly goes into the bathroom
and takes a shower. She then dries off, puts her clothes back on, combs her
hair, and replaces the cute red bow. She then turns on the television and
watches cartoons.)
(Makoto wakes up 7:00 and repeats the process, except she puts her hair back
into the ponytail.)
(Rei wakes up 7:30. Repeat)
(Usagi wakes up. Looks at watch.)
Usagi: Oh no, it's 9:00! I gotta get to school. (jumps out of bed) Wait. It's
Saturday.
Rei: I thought you'd never wake up. Go take a shower. (peers out the window)
And make it snappy. There's a police car out front.
(Ami knocks on the door)
Minako: (walks to door clutching gun) Who is it?
Ami: It's me Ami.
(Minako opens the door, sees Ami, pulls her inside, and slams the door)
Ami: What's wrong?
Minako: Didn't you see that car outside?
Ami: Oh, you mean Trooper Dan's car. I took care of him.
Rei: What did you do?
Ami: I made an ice sculpture of him. Literally. Then I shattered his head. If
you go outside now, you may be able to see a pool of water where his body was.
He was kinda cute though. You woulda liked him, Makoto.
Rei: Do you need to take a shower?
Ami: No. The Mercury Bubble Blast works as a cleaning agent, too.
Minako: Does that mean the back of the van is wet?
Ami: No. It's actually quite dry. And if you don't feel like waiting for 
Usagi,
I can do it to her now.
Usagi: With my clothes on?
Ami: Sure. (transforms) Mercury Bubble Blast! (Mercury fires a Barrage of
bubbles at Usagi. The bubbles surround Usagi. They start to move up and down 
as
though they're scrubbing her. After the bubbles dissipate, Usagi is fully
clean, almost shining.)
Usagi: Hey that's cool!
Makoto: I think we should get going.
Ami: Before we go, I should let you that I removed the license plates so no 
one
would know that this is Chad's van.
(Minako gives the key back to the manager. Everyone gets in the van. Makoto
drives off towards San Francisco.
Rei: (pointing ahead) Look! There's a gun store!
Ami: (reading sign) Jerry's Guns & Ammo.
Minako: There's only one vehicle in the parking lot. It must be the owner's.
Brand new, too. one of those new Roadmaker SUVs.
Makoto: Leave this to me! (transforms into Sailor Jupiter, steps out of car,
walks to passenger side window) Usagi, when I give the signal, crash into the
building.
Usagi: Okay.
(Makoto walks into the store. A few moments pass. Then a lightning bolt flies
down from the sky. The inside of the building flashes white and the horrible
scream of a man can be heard. Ami, Rei, and Minako held a moment of silence 
for
Jerry. Then Makoto steps outside and waves to Serena. Serena steps on the gas
and crashes through a large display window. The Soldiers get out of the van.
They see a plethora of guns, bullets, ropes, and grappling hooks. Then they
notice a man slumped over a counter. Blood is coming out of his ears and nose.
His eyes are staring lifelessly out towards the door and his mouth his twisted
as though he was still trying to scream.)
Ami: He looks liked he died painfully. 
Makoto: (ignoring Ami) Check out all the guns! We can start a war with all
these weapons!
Rei: Look over here. (points to a wall littered with various items) There's
ropes and grappling hooks!
Luna: Oblivospace can't hold all of this. 
Ami: What can it hold?
Artemis: Let's see. (Looks around) Grab five ropes, five grappling hooks, 
three
M-17s, five small arms, semiautomatic of course, two shot guns, and all the
spare ammunition you can find.
Minako: That's all?
Artemis: What do you mean "That's all"? What more could you possibly need?
(The Soldiers load up Oblivospace)
Usagi: How are we going to get the van out of the window, Makoto?
Makoto: Ummmm. I didn't think about that.
Usagi: Then why did you have me drive it through the damn window.
Makoto: Dramatic effect.
Ami: I have an idea. (Walks over to dead man. Searches his pockets) His keys
must be in here somewhere. (finds them) Here they are.
Usagi: Nice going, Ami. Get his wallet, too. Leave no traces of his identity.
Minako, you and Rei search the back and see what you can find.
Makoto: (Pulls out gun. Blasts three security cameras.) Find the videos for
those cameras, too.
(Minako and Rei walk through a door marked "Employees Only". They come out 
with
three video tapes. Their faces seem pale. 
Ami: What's wrong?
Minako: This guy is a pervert. 
Rei: Hold on. (runs to back of the van. Pulls out a liquor bottle, 
half-filled.
But the smell let the Soldiers know that it wasn't liquor in the bottle.) 
Start
the car. I'll be right with you. Have the engine running when I get outside.
(The Soldiers, who are very scared of what Rei has planned, obey and get into
the store owners vehicle. Ami starts the engine. Then honks the horn.)
(Rei pulls a napkin out of her pocket, folds it, places it in the top of the
bottle. Raye lights the napkin and throws the concoction in the "Employees
Only" room. She runs out of the store and jumps in the truck.)
Rei: GO, GO, GO! (Ami drives off.)
(KABOOM. Jerry's Guns and Ammo explodes just as the Soldiers leave the parking
lot. The glass flies off the window panes as a flame shoots through it. The
bricks of the building hold, but a flame shoots through roof. When they're a
safe distance from falling debris, Rei tells Ami to stop. Everyone gets out of
the truck.)
Ami: Why are we stopping, Rei?
Rei: Watch. (puts on a pair of sunglasses) 
(Another huge explosion rocks the area. The flames had just reached the
gasoline from the van. Bricks went flying every which way. A cloud of black
smoke rose into the air. Flames burned wildly.)
Minako: What the hell did you do, Rei? Timebomb?
Rei: No. Molotov Cocktail. Pretty cool, huh?
Usagi: Sure was.
(The sound of a siren fills the air. It's coming from the south. The Soldiers
head north.)
Makoto: San Francisco, here we come!
Ami: You can't run. You can't hide. You're about to get attacked by the...
Everyone: (together) Bankrobbing Soldiers!
