But wait! Are we forgetting another kind of girl? How about...

The Bully-type Girl.

She's strong, can beat the crap outta you, usually for money or
revenge. But underneath she's just another girl longing for love
and
understanding. And once your under her wing she can't be a force
to
trifle with. Those that fall under that category are...
This is more of a conditional than a category. Girls from
EVERY catagory can have power and an attitude.
Priss can be qualified as an Idol because she represents
someone known and admired for her singing. Shinobu and Akane are both
Girl Next Door types being islands of normailty among the cast. Lum
and Ryoko qualify as the Magical Girlfriend types because they simply
enter the series and turn reality on it's ear. Iffurita is an ideal
manifestation of the Unattainable category, being a living weapon who
isn't meant to have feelings. The Go-Girl category in point of fact,
has a conspicuous lack of women who wouldn't fit that definition. Now
the older woman category doesn't display nearly the number of
representants since calmness is often a strong part of the Maturity
going into the classification, but Misato Katsuragi certainly mixes
older women sophistication with an intense attitude. Naturally the
Harem Girl classification is personafied by a lack of depth, but
there've been a few female stormtrooper squadrons.

Akane (Ranma .5)	Hibiki (My Dear Marie)
Ifurita (Elhazard)	Ryoko (Tenchi Muyo)

Generally they're not hard to find if you look hard enough.

Priss could also be put in this catagory. It certainly suits her
better that the 'pop idol' classification.

Be well.
