Then came the Fanfiction Panel. We arrived shortly before the panel
was to begin, and I entered with my eyes wide open, squinting at name
tags (these things need to be redesigned with MUCH larger lettering)
for names I might recognize, but after failing miserably, I took a
seat near the front and then looked back.

Always bring a pair of pliers and a nice thick marker. Impromptu name
tag altering may be necessary in cases of emergency. I think
wandering around with people peering at my breast to see who I am is a
definite emergency. Especially some of those otaku... *brr*

Shoulda seen the guy that was on the shuttle from teh airport. He was
creepy with a capital creep.

Jeanne Hedge was a little bit different than I had imagined her. From
her emails I imagined someone who might be a little bit critical
within their humour, but never scathing or cruel.

Ask Rod M. He might have a different opinion. :)

Speaking of Todd Hill, this man enjoys his Hentai anime innuendos way
too much!

I can't repeat the innuendos shared Sunday publicly. Someone else
will have to do it. :) I think we can safely say that Todd is about
par for the course though. :) Let me just say... whatever you hear
about me and Kodachi - it's not true!

John Biles, our introduction was much too brief.

Well, we're both still alive, so the con was an official success. He
did have that umbrella though... Kept me from pouncing on him and
tearing out his throat with my... teeth... Did I just say that aloud?
... It's Mike Loader's fault!

Lara Bartram, I was trying desperately to think of something to talk
about at the FFML dinner, but I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole
evening. Maybe it was the food :P ;)

OK, a few things I can think of (four days later, of course). Um, the
rate at which Jeanne sucked down that first Coke and her water. Quite
a sight to behold. :) The trials and tribulations of co-writing.
You use outlines? Wow. I never even though of that! And you... edit
and revise each other's work??? I... I can't imagine it...

S'okay anyway. Not like I was a fount of babbling like the rest of
the table. :) I was actually more interested in my second meal of
the day even if it was Denny's.

Hope to see everyone at future cons.
