Your age doesn't matter.  I'm 24 and I know much about writing research
papers and relatively little about writing fiction.  Most of the time,
IMO, the best way to learn is to do.  Writing is not an exception.

Just don't expect a lot of C&C if the series you pick isn't well known.
(I don't know if Persona is well known or not -- I'm not much into video
games.)
