Not too bad, but putting Sasami and Tsunami as seperate characters like 
that seems a bit of a stretch.  I know they did that in Prety Sammy 
(which now that I think about it, kinda seems like a crossover fanfic 
fusion of TM! and Sailor Moon...), but for this...

Here's the cast in this fusion.

Ranma : Tenchi (Haven't thought up a name for his girl side yet) 

Tencha? 

Tenchiko? Forgive me, I'm not that good with Japanese.

Not too many of us newbies are...

Soun : Azusa (I think that's the name of Ayeka's father)

And you're right.

Kasumi : Tsunami
Nabiki : Ayeka
Akane : Sasami

Actually, Sasami should be given the Kasumi role, seeing as she fits it 
already.  Tsunami would make a better Akane.

Now that I think about it, keep Sasami, change Tsunami to Misaki.  
Funaho can be the late(?) Ms. Tendo

Ukyou : Mihoshi
Shampoo : Ryouko

These two could also work the other way around, and maybe would be 
better that way, I dunno.

Kodachi : Washu

Perfect!  The only other role just as well suited for her would be 
Nabiki

...Wait a minute!  That could work too!  Ayeka as Kodachi.  They have 
the same attitude sometimes, although Ayeka is sane, and more 
Importantly, they have similar laughs.

The whole 'Fiancee Pack thing could get even more interesting if you mix 
character relationships both ways, instead of just going Ranma-or 
-Tenchi style.

Genma : Noboyuki
Nodoka : Kiyone

What's wrong with Achika?

Yosho as himself

Ryouga: A cross between TM(Shape-changer) and Pretty Sammy(Male) 
Ryo-Ohki.  Makes a good match for P-chan, since you have Sasami as 
Akane.

Mousse ? 

I was thinking Nagi, but...

Kuno: Kagato?
Happosai: Washu-chan.  Have her constantly glomping male Tenchi.  Or 
maybe Ken-Ohki.
Colonge: Tokimi 

Well it's not the permanent cast. I really hope somebody takes this up, 
cause I don't think ?I could handle this very well ^_^

Anyway, that's that for this idea, that's my rant. My apologies. And as
