Unformatted spring? What do you have to do, boot it up? How do you make 
a virus check? Can you copy from one spring to another? Is the source of 
the spring the hard drive? Where do you plug it in? Does Ranma have a 
2-year on-site warranty? What happens if it breaks down, is that a good 
thing or a bad thing? Do you have to fill out a registration card? What 
happened to the beta versions?
