Bendis' scan mostly showed what Iku _might_ have been.  (I have a feeling that
the last image -- alone among the fallen, on a battlefield at sunset, facing
a vast and shadowy foe -- may be in her real future ... but if so, it's long
past the end of this story -- possibly centuries later.)

Ack!  Give us a spoiler alert before you drop hints like that, would
you, please?  (And I don't mean the "might have been" part...)
