Yes, that is very possible - Mixx is releasing those already, so it may be
more volumes that will be released soon.
(I just bought the first one a while back It is very nice ^_^).
Hopefully I can get the whole compilation of Sailor V soon..Er, I degress.
And given Naoko-sama's opinion of fanfiction (I beleive a quote is "Oh I
love all those stories!" or something of the sort) 
litagation in this area is unlikely.
Oh, and if you should run across the mixx sailor moon compliations, buy
them!   The manga is about a hundred times better than the anime, and the
artwork is wonderfull.
