I still can't get ahold of Florencio, so I'm going to have to assume
the worst.

That being said, I'm now accepting applications for the position
of moderator.  Qualifications include:

- Possesion of a good text editor and knowledge of how to use it.

- Ability to commit ~1 hour of your time every two (or perhaps three)
  weeks.
