This last one reminds me of a short-lived comic book by Marvel
in '93 or '94. Part of the Razorline, ideas created by Clive
Barker (a rather interesting author, if somewhat twisted at
times), this one was called Saint Sinner. About a boy, a man,
possessed by a demon and an angel. The three of them made a
trinity. The demon brought the power, the angel brought the
retraint, and the man mediated. I-want, I-value and I-will.
So he became the saint of sinners, for "when there is no
lesser evil." An intriguing idea, at least. I still have
them kicking around, I think.
As I said, it never really took off (check your
local comic store for back issues if you want-- I doubt
they'd be very expensive).
