Nerima ward ("Nerima-cho") is huge.

Okay, this I agree with. Although my map calls it Nerima-ku (ku meaning
'ward').

According to everything I know, it *should* be Nerima-ku... 'cho' is
usually used for 'districts', such as Tomobiki, Furinkan, Juuban, etc.

(I've also verified this with a former resident of Japan, by the way...)
