(gee, even I stopped at 3 Ranmas (or is that four?).

"I said I ain't changin' my name. You gotta pick new names!"
The others thought about it for a moment.

Don't see a reason to have names for all of them... as soon at they get
splashed with hot water they'll recombine.

Actually, I think you're wrong. They were each kicked in. Which means
that _IF_ they _DO_ recombine when splashed with hot water, you'd have
to do it systemically with each pair until all of the Ranma's (save the
original) vanished. But, we're dealing with a spring that's meant to
split people, most likely permenantly unless they're all touching when
they're simultaneously doused.

<realizes what this means>

ALL THE RANMAS WILL EAT ALL THE FOOD IN THE WORLD!!! WE'RE ALL
DOOOOOOOOOOMED!

<calms down>

  But, you ALSO have to consider this: Will the other Ranma's clothes
vanish as well? And what if all the Ranmas have eaten before they
recombine? With the food they've eaten just vanish or will the original
be forced to have a stomach pump? Now, do you see why this is so damn
dangerous? Besides, it's spam, don't worry about it.

Sorry, just had to vent. I just got out of a Philosophy class, so my
brain is running at mach 98 x E=Mc^2

    Kasumi found her father cradling her mother in his arms. He
had run out of tears to shed long ago, but the expression on his face
told the story. Kasumi calmly slid the door closed and knelt down
facing her father and mother, tears started flowing from her eyes.

    After several minutes of silence, Soun asked with a scratchy
voice, "Kasumi dear. Will you please say goodbye to your mother and
then go get Mr. Saotome?" He didn't look up at his daughter once.

    "Of course, Father," Kasumi said. She stood up, took one of her
mother's hands in hers, and said a soft, "Goodbye, Mother. I'll keep
my promise."
