Do I accept this justification? No, not really. For the reasons I've
already discussed, this way of dealing with Misako seems insanely
dangerous to me, the worst possible way of dealing with the problem.
Pluto's tampering nearly destroyed the Crystal Millenium and still poses
a major risk to the future of the realm. But what's done is done.
Either Pluto has screwed up, or she's infallible, and there's no way
any other character will ever know which is true.
There is evidence that Pluto screwed up. She over controlled, hence Chapter
20 came into being. Pluto did the desperate act of actually explaining
something (which is out of character in this fanfic series) to Misako, even
if indirectly. It could be argued that she could have went to Kimeko, whom
Pluto was protecting. Pltuo however did see that Misako would know best how
to convince Misako that staying in the past was the worst possible solution
to her problems.
