Hello. After watching the entire Eva series and movies
(again),I was wondering how much is known about the series, and how
much we make up. Things like:
1. Is Rei really a mix of Shinji's mom Yui and an ANGEL? If so,
where in the series is this stated?
That is what is implied, although it was never stated directly. It's
clear that she has to have some sort of Angel in her (she couldn't do the
things that she does in EofEVA if she didn't), but weather or not she
actually has Yui DNA is unknown and probably will never be directly
known.
Most people say that Rei does have DNA from Yui (based on visual
appearance and some mannerisms), but it was never said directly in the TV
series or movies.
"Shinji! Stop f**king Rei!"
"Why?"
"She's a clone of your mother and an Angel!"
"Damn, Mom was good in bed, wasn't she 'Father'."
"Yes, she was."
<this is a joke, folks>
2. Who really killed Kaji? And,
Never stated, but it wasn't Misato (IMO) as some people insist. Probably
a operative of Seele or Gehern or...?
3. Was Ritsuko "knocking boots" with Gendo?
Yes. They were also having hot monkey sex, too.

Kasumi found her father cradling her mother in his arms. He
had run out of tears to shed long ago, but the expression on his face
told the story. Kasumi calmly slid the door closed and knelt down
facing her father and mother, tears started flowing from her eyes.
After several minutes of silence, Soun asked with a scratchy
voice, "Kasumi dear. Will you please say goodbye to your mother and
then go get Mr. Saotome?" He didn't look up at his daughter once.
"Of course, Father," Kasumi said. She stood up, took one of her
mother's hands in hers, and said a soft, "Goodbye, Mother. I'll keep
my promise."
