Attacks include, Phase, Laser Beam, Laser Burst, Starship Attack

Strong against Plant pokemon (especially Oddishes)

I really don't know, I've already agreed to pass it to a friend of 

mine. 

He might do it more justice than I ever could as I'm already stacked 
with several unfinished fics.
