Note: First of all, I know that as you read on, you'll see that the
characters are a bit OOC, but of course, this is a WAFF fic, they're
supposed to be OOC ^_^ ^_^  So for WAFF lovers, hope you enjoy this and for
others, I hope you give it a try. 



CHAPTER 0 � One Fine Day



	Sunlight greeted the whole of Nerima with a warm smile; the wind swirling
around as drifting clouds dotted the clear, blue sky.

	Akane tipped up her white hat and looked up at the sun with a grin on her
face. She hummed a tuneless song as she stared across a field of lavender
flowers, feeling the soft wind brush against her white summer dress,
causing it to cling to her slim form. Her spirits were up and as she closed
her eyes, she breathed in deeply, taking in the fresh surroundings around
her. 
	
	A warm hand suddenly covered Akane's closed eyes, the other one gently
cradling her waist as a sweet voice whispered close to her cheek, "Guess
who?"

	Akane bit her lower lip and her smile grew, feeling the strong hands
holding her, "Hmmm�I'm not so sure�but�I wouldn't mind staying like this
the whole day thinking about it." 

	"Well," the voice continued, "that's quite tempting, but I'd rather stare
into your eyes�"

	Akane smiled and turned around, looking up into blue-gray eyes, resting
her hands on his chest, "Oh Ranma�"

	"Akane�" His hand gently cupped her cheek as he stared at her lips and
slowly lowered his head to kiss her�


**SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECCHHHHHHHHH** 


	Akane's eyes shot open and she glared up at her ceiling, her teeth
grinding.

 "Yeah right, like that would ever happen, I don't know why I even dreamt
of that jerk!" She sullenly threw aside her comforter and stood up
stretching. "I guess a light jog would help right about now." And with
that, after brushing her teeth and washing her face, Akane changed into a
pair of short shorts and a nice loose shirt, rolling the sleeves up for
comfort. Racing down to the dining room, she found Kasumi already setting
up the table and noticed Mr. Saotome and Ranma sparring at the koi pond. 

"Going out for a jog Akane?" Kasumi asked, her usual cheery manner causing
Akane to smile back and nod, "Well, be sure to be back by breakfast 'kay?"

And with another nod, Akane proceeded onto the yard, looking up at the nice
morning sky, feeling the fresh air surrounding her. With a last look at the
father and son sparring, Akane started to stretch, beginning from her neck
down.

As soon as Akane appeared from the house, Ranma found himself barely paying
attention to his father's advances. Suddenly blocking and hitting back,
Ranma squarely hit his father into the pond, earning a small break as he
hopped down on one of the rocks. Trying not to look too obvious, Ranma made
a passing glance at Akane as she stretched slowly. He didn't know why, but
whenever he looked at Akane, there was this small little feeling of
excitement and cheeriness tugging at his heart as if he could just burst.
And at that moment, as he watched Akane, he could feel his blood rising up
to his cheeks and he stubbornly turned away�

Akane finally finished stretching and took a deep breath, *What's he
looking at?* With such thoughts and her dream at the corner of her mind,
Akane jogged out of the dojo�

�and yet�for some unseen reason, Ranma found himself looking back at her
retreating form, out of breath, a faint blush on his face and a sweet,
longing smile on his lips�

*WHAM!!!*

*SPLASH!*

"Whatcha do that for?!?"

"Growf!"

Extra Notes:

	Well! Hey everyone, it's been a long, long time since I've written
anything at all! Well, I'm sorry about that and I hope you liked this new
fic of mine. It's gonna be a very, very WAFFy fic ^_^ ^_^. Some things to
expect are the pairings of the other Ranma cast i.e. Ryouga and Ukyou ^_- 
	Oh yes, the 'screeech' part I guess came from watching too much Ally
Mcbeal!! ^_^ (we love that show! ^_^ hehehe)
