hihi! I haven't written anything lately, writers block I suppose, but I
have been getting a TON of ideas in this lil head of mine lately....they
actually sound pretty good....but being the busy guy I am, I'll probably
never get to writing anything with them *sighs* so I thought I would at
least post them up and see If I could get any response out of all you
wonderful writers out there! well, here it goes...:

Ranma/alternate:
I'm not sure If I posted this idea yet, but its been bugging me for
awhile now ever since I read this one 'bet' entry...can't think of it at
the moment, oh well. The premise is this 'Ranma goes through the
neko-ken training but somehow, possible some kind of divine
intervention, he retains his sanity, but gains an extreme fondness to
cats. possible repercussions is adopting catlike behaviors, possible
different curse to more suit the change, the skies the limit here. Also
tied in here could be Ryoga learning a similar inu-ken (or dog-fist) to
possibly explain his short temper, tendency to lash out when angered,
and the incredible strength.

FF7/Ranma fusion:
now, hear me out before you dump this idea. Now anyone that is familiar
with the characters in FF7 might see how some of them could just
perfectly fit in a ranma universe setting. some places would be:
Cloud: Ranma (our heroes of course)
Tifa: Ukyo (old childhood friend of cloud, some romantic feelings)
Aerith: Kasumi (who else could fit in this spot really?)
Yuffie: Akane (both tomboyish and the short hair)
Rufus: Kuno (come ON, now this is just obvious)
Reno (possibly Sephiroth): Ryoga (pain in the neck rival/equal)
Vincent: Mousse (only thing missing is the focused infatuation....maybe
Lucrecia? nah...)
Cait Sith: Genma (just make the moogle form the curse and I could see a
pretty good fit here...)
Heidegger/ Scarlet: Principal and Kodachi Kuno (pompous oaf and Insane
whip girl, need I say more?)
Bugenhagen: Cologne (I'm sorry, but they just hit me as old, wise, and
oh, I don't know. I guess the mentor person of the story)
some not so close combos would be:
Hojo/Happosai
Barret or Cid/Soun (*laughs* I would just LOVE to see this!)
thats about it for that idea, of course you could fit in some characters
from other RPG's and make this REALLY interesting...

EVA:
Life after Death: a alternate fic where instead of the Mothers of the
pilots dying, how about the Fathers? Now this sounds pretty okay in
theory, but I still haven't figured out a plausible way of keeping Rei
in the story....perhaps a twin birth with Shinji and Rei?  a Non-angel
Kaworu would be the main character in this story....meant to be lighter
than TOS. perhaps with no EVA's at all.....naaaah ^^ well, not so much
focused on conspiracy and the dark side of the soul...You could always
twist this around into some 'Shinji dreaming during or after 3rd impact'
but I would really hate that...anyways, this was mostly derived from my
hate of Gendo ^^.

DBZ/Starcraft:
now, I myself am not that int DBZ anymore, but my friend convinced me
about this and It actually sounds pretty good. meant to be written in 3
different views, possible different authors for each arc, all converging
at the end. meant to start with the premise of 'how would things work if
some DBZ characters ended up falling with the different races of
Starcraft?' ended up being Goku with Terrans, Vegeta with Zerg
(controlled by Kerrigan of course) and Piccolo with Protoss (although
psionically enchanced, armor and such optional). I could just picture
how it'd be like getting Vegeta even remotely controlled by zerg
forces...what fun ^_^ the only reason why I even mentioned this was some
talk of a starcraft crossover a while back...well, try this on for size
if your interested.

well, thats about it for now I suppose. I have a lot more ideas but
these are the major ones I thought someone would be interested in. If
you feel like only some of the ideas interest you, feel free to take at
your leisure, just make sure to show me the results ^^. I might be
interested in a joint writing project with any of these....*hint hint*
oh well, just felt I had to get these things out before they come out in
an explosive outburst during english class or something ^^ Ja mina san!
