Hmm...  Unless they mellow out I would expect to find assorted badly patched
Ranma shaped holes in it......

However, I was under the impression that Ranma and Akane would be inheriting
the Dojo after the wedding, et all.  Ergo, why would they live anywhere else?
Why would Ranma WANT to live anywhere else?  I would submit that Ranma
realizes that moving away from Kasumi would require him to constantly eat
Akane's cooking...  which could well shorten his lifespan dramatically...
