Oscar also wrote himself with Saiya-jin (sp?) powers, including the

ability

to go Super Saiya-jin and throw Kamahameha blasts around, even

though the

original Kamehameha was not only a Hawaiian king and a U.S. Naval

vessel

(common MiSTing references, the both of them) but developed entirely

on

earth. 

For the sake of nitpicking and argument...

1. A Super Saiyajin throwing Kamehameha blasts around is hardly
uncommon, because there are (at least) four capable of doing this by
the end of Dragonball Z. 

2. The Kamehameha, which was named so because of said pun references
and because of the fact that "kame" is Japanese for "turtle", was
originally taught to Gokou as a child...long before he ever knew he
was a Saiyajin...by Kamesennin. 

3. The Saiyajin capable of using this technique are Gokou himself, his
two sons Gohan and Goten, and Vegeta's son Trunks, who quite probably
learned it from Gokou or Goten. 

With the exception of Gokou, ALL of these Saiyajin were born on Earth.
Gokou was RAISED on Earth from infancy.
