About the English question everyone is asking, and shouldn't.  I
guess many do not realize that we take at least six years of English
here.  It is not the best English classes in the world, but they do
manage to drill quite a bit of the language in.

I am aware that they do 6 years of English (heck i ought to, im applying for
the JET thang). But Ranma was never in an effective amount of schooling - he
was on the road from 6 years to 16.
